We baked two dozen muffins in a variety of flavors. The were baked in plain white muffin liners because I was afraid the oven would turn the flower liners brown. While they were baking, I washed a flower pot we found and placed a heavy rock in the bottom to make sure it wouldn't tip over from the weight of the muffins. I took a half circle of floral arranging foam and scooped out the center of the flat side with a spoon. I placed the foam over the rock and ran a bead of hot glue around the edge to secure it in place. I wrapped a rubber band two inches from the pointed end of 24 skewers. I poked the flat ends of the skewers into the foam like a bouquet of flowers. I placed the cooled muffins into the flower liners(the ones we used were made my wilton and availble at micheal's) and pushed them onto the pointed end of the skewers. I used wadded up tissue paper to cover the foam. Look how cute this is!
What a cute idea! Those liners are adorable.
