Yesterday I shared with you my first layout for a scrapbook challenge. I had so much fun I decided to search for other contests. They are so motivating and I'm having a blast. I found a sketch contest at www.pencillines.com and decided to give it a try. They give you a sketch of a layout and you submit your interpretation.
I have decided to start entering weekly scrapbook challenges. I am hoping this will be the motivation I need to get some serious work done on my albumns. I always get so behind during the summer and then play catch up in the winter. Hopefully I can get inspired and create a ton of awesome pages and have a ton of free time to make projects with my kiddos this winter.
I love to watch design star and my very favorite challenge is always the white room challenge. Last night's graffiti inspired episode did not disappoint. I am in love with this skillet clock from pier one and have been dying to make my own copycat version. You can imagine my excitement went the design star cast was forced to use only kitchen items to fill their white room.
