You'll need:
12 upside down cupcakes
12 graham cracker halves
12 chocolate candies
icing licorice
Ice the sides of the cupcakes and the tops of the cracker in the colors of your choice. Use a dab of icing to stick the cracker to the cake. Place one candy in the center of each cracker. Use a pair of kitchen shears to cut the licorice into 3 inch pieces and then cut strips 2/3 of the way up to look like tassles. Use a little icing to attach the tassles to the cracker.
