Rags to Riches

While searching for ideas one day, I stumbled across an adorable ruffled flower rag quilt on iamonly1woman.blogspot.com. It was so cute but I had already made a quilt for my daughter's room and she didn't really need another one. But it did give me an idea to make a little pillow.

I sewed the pillow like I normally would except my print was facing out since i was leaving the unravalled edges on the outside of the pillow. I followed the intructions for the rag quilt to make the flower and then stuffed it and hand sewed it shut. It fits perfectly in a little wicker rocker my mom picked up at a flea market.
