Bandana T-shirt

I made my daughter an outfit for the fourth but I didn't have anything for my son. I asked him if he wanted to pick something out from the store or if he wanted me to make it. He decided Mommy should make it and after giving it some thought I came up with an idea.
When I bought my cricut machine one of the selling points in their add was it's ability to cut fabric. I had been meaning to try it out but hadnt got around to it yet.
I ironed a bandana to a sheet of iron-on adhesive. Without removing the paper backing I trimmed the bandana to 12x12 and placed it on my cricut cutting mat. I chose a deer my son liked for the back and a set of deer tracks for the front pocket. Before cutting fabric I suggest searching online for tips on cutting the type of fabric your using. You can usually find someone that's already done a lot of trial and error and can recommend the correct speed./pressure/blade setting. (I didn't do this and tore my fabric a few times).

not the best pic sorry!
Once your design is cut, remove the paper backing and iron it onto your shirt. You'll need to either stitch around the edges or go around them with a fabric paint. I chose to hand stitch x's as an outline.
