The bustle

 So I was browsing link parties, as I often do, and I stumbled across this adorable little skirt. Obviously I had to click the link and get all the info and what I found was Holly's step by step tutorial for making the cute patriotic bustle skirt. I just have to say I love the finished product and can't wait for the fourth!

This is my version along with the hairband and onsie I made to go with it. Holly's is a dress and beyond cuter, I only altered the design because my daughter is much younger than her's and still needs something covering her diaper.
